You may be able to communicate strictly to the point with most of your colleagues, but, as psychologists put it, you do not feel that you “belong to the group”. This means that you are completely untouched by the conversations of others, their ambitions seem ridiculous, and jokes, on the contrary, never make you want to laugh.
You don’t use your competencies
You may have simply “outgrown” your position or company. Or your knowledge and capabilities were immediately much broader than what the vacancy required. Have you tried to change the situation, and what are the real prospects for your promotion? If there are none, the conclusions are obvious.

To develop and build a career, it is necessary to “respond to professional challenges”. It is possible that you create them yourself, find an opportunity somewhere to improve your skills, hone your skills, and your work in fact does not require this at all. Do you go home only when the rest of the family is already asleep or not yet awake, have you not seen your friends for a hundred years, have you given up all your hobbies? Ask yourself: and for what?
Your workload is constantly growing, not your salary
Sometimes a low salary is quite justified if you work remotely, or the range of your responsibilities is such that you have time to do all the work in just a couple of hours a day, and the rest of the time you devote to your business and hobbies. If you fully devote yourself to working 8 hours a day, then the salary should be appropriate.
Meanwhile, changing jobs requires good preparation. And it is not necessary to search for the best job when you are absolutely exhausted physically and mentally. And then, when you are still able to slowly think about your actions and, based on your experience, take up the search for a job that will satisfy your professional ambitions.
